Technical Program Manager

In order for us to continue scaling our Super product, we are looking for a Technical Program Manager who will lead the technical product delivery for complex, deeply technical projects that involve multiple delivery teams. This means you will be collaborating across our engineering, UX, and product teams in order to understand both technical and business requirements while scaling the platform to meet our increasing customer demands.

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has experience in Program or Project Management in a technical engineering environment
  • Is well-organized and feels comfortable with planning and tracking progress of multiple teams and projects
  • Can read code and can estimate the merits of a given architecture
  • Can easily identify different stakeholder needs and is able to evaluate, communicate and mitigate potential risks
  • Can communicate clearly and effectively with key stakeholders

What you'll be doing:

  • Have key responsibility for the delivery timeline of programs
  • Manage stakeholder expectations, coordinate cross-functional work, and drive prioritization decisions
  • Facilitate work planning (drive work breakdowns, participate in sprints & backlog scrubbing)
  • Keep the team honest on progress reporting and planning
  • Unblock dependencies
  • Report progress upwards and laterally
  • Escalate decision making when appropriate
